I can't thank Mark enough I got up one morning and I heard this buzzing noise coming from the spare bedroom, I stupidly opened the door and hundreds of wasps few out they were everywhere I closed the door picked up my 2 year old and ran into my neighbours where I called this company in tears, sorry but it was awful and luckily none of us were stung, he was at my house 25 mins later and did what he had to do and everything was fine after a few hours, thank you so much Mark for your fast response.
